Overview

The SS6G-20 is a dual-band, linear GaN RF amplifier features instantaneous bandwidth from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. This Class AB GaN amplifier provide a minimum of 25 watts of output power (P1dB) with a gain of 40 dB. Suitable for radiated immunity system upgrades to achieve higher field srengths or extend frequency capability from 80 MHz to 6 GHz such as in IEC/EN 61000-4-3.

The RF amplifier has 2-Tone Intermodulation of greater than 30 dBc and Harmonics greater than 20 dBc. It requires a 100 - 240 AC voltage to operate. The amplifier can be used with a wide range of modulation standards and has built-in protection circuits and therefore provides high reliability.
