Overview
The Topcon HiPer VR UHF II GNSS Base & Rover Kit is a high-performance positioning system designed for precise surveying, construction layout, and geospatial data collection. Built with advanced multi-constellation GNSS technology, the HiPer VR supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and SBAS signals, ensuring reliable accuracy even in challenging environments.
Equipped with an integrated UHF II radio (typically 450–470 MHz), the system enables stable long-range communication between base and rover units. Its compact, rugged design makes it well-suited for field use, while advanced signal tracking and interference mitigation technologies provide consistent performance in urban and obstructed areas.
This kit typically includes dual HiPer VR receivers along with essential accessories such as antennas, cables, power supplies, and transport components, forming a complete solution for field deployment. When paired with the FC-6400 controller and Pocket 3D software, users can efficiently manage data collection, stakeout, and real-time positioning workflows.
The EMC Shop customers use the Topcon HiPer VR GNSS system as a complete base and rover solution for high-accuracy positioning and field data collection. One receiver is configured as a base station, placed over a known or fixed point, while the second unit operates as a rover to capture real-time positional data in the field.
The base station transmits correction data via the integrated UHF radio to the rover, allowing users to achieve precise RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning. Field operators use the FC-6400 controller with Pocket 3D software to manage survey workflows, perform site measurements, and execute layout or machine control tasks.
In practical applications, customers rely on this system for construction staking, topographic surveys, site grading, and infrastructure projects. Its robust communication and multi-constellation tracking ensure dependable performance, even in environments with signal obstructions or interference.
