Overview
The EMC Shop customizes solutions for quick delivery on everything needed to run a radiated immunity test to evaluate products prior to going for compliance. Test systems are partially configured and adjusted according to the test requirements.
The system will use software associated with the equipment hardware for easy system calibration and automated testing. RF enclosures and energy absorbing techniques are available from GTEMs to mobile absorber lined panels.
Radiated immunity testing is required to be performed in a shielded enclosure, based on the size of Equipment Under Test (EUT) an RF enclosure box suitable for a table top (pre-compliance), GTEM's or anechoic chamber. For rental customers, The EMC Shop offers easy to set up portable RF/EMI shielding enclosures, allowing customers to save time from hiring a third party to build or install a normally fixed chamber.
In addition to the test environment, The EMC Shop will supply a signal generator, typically from Keysight/Agilent or Rohde and Schwarz, suitable RF power amplifiers to reach the field strengths needed. An RF Field probe will be configured with EMC software and a laptop or rackmounted PC will drive the entire system for generating and monitoring the RF fields in the enclosure.
