Overview
The Tekbox TBVNA-6000 is a two-port Vector Network Analyzer designed for detailed analysis of RF devices, components, and systems. With a wide bandwidth ratio of 1 : 6,000,000,000, it supports measurement applications ranging from audio frequencies down to 0.1 Hz and RF frequencies up to 6 GHz. Through its fully DC-coupled active VSWR bridges, the instrument enables precision measurements down to 1 Hz without sacrificing accuracy.
The TBVNA-6000 features four independent measurement channels, allowing simultaneous and fast two-port measurements ideal for development, verification, and laboratory use. A rich set of software utilities—including spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope view, and BODE analysis (with optional hardware)—makes the instrument extremely versatile for a wide range of RF test applications.
- 0.1 Hz – 6 GHz Vector Network Analyzer
- 0.001 Hz – 500 MHz Bode Analyzer (requires Bode Hardware Option)
- Signal generator 0.1 Hz – 6 GHz with 0.1 Hz resolution
- Four channel 60 MHz digital oscilloscope with 125 MS/s and 14 bit resolution. (Two 50 Ω inputs, two 1 MΩ inputs)
- Two-Channel DC – 6 GHz spectrum analyzer, with an unambiguous frequency range of DC – 60 MHz and an active sideband suppression for spurious-free signal measurements up to 6 GHz (under certain conditions) and cross correlation option. (Input channels can be among all 4 input ports)
