Advanced Test Equipment - Some Insight into the Disguting Owners

For those of you who know about my split from ATEC and my parents, the transition from TestWorld to launching ESDguns.com to now The EMC Shop. Appreciate all the kind feedback over the years, and believe it or not it has already been 10 years.

Let me tell you about the last few, and the malicious effort put forth by my parents, the owners of Advanced Test Equipment Corporation in San Diego, CA. And to keep this article short, I won't line it with all the indicators as to why their actions are clear, but they'll tell you "We're doing it for the grand kids". No they fucking aren't, they are legally harrassing me for a multitiude of purposes. But clearly, the best interest of the kids, who have been in my care, by the wishes of the mother, for over three years.

It wasn't until recently that I thought they were passively guilting for putting me into a courtroom sometimes as often as once a week, 70 something times in the last three years. While an attorney accuses me of being a shitty husband, father and man. Then, in the next breath, hold my success against me.

After consulting others, specifically the people they fired, whom I hired, and people who left the company volunatirly years prior to me onboarding them. It is quite clear, they are using legal means to disrupt the success of The EMC Shop by inflicting stress on me, the owner and general manager. The custodial parent of their grandkids, the ones they'll tell you they are looking out for. They are good liars and bad people (and legal bullies). Do business with ATEC, I don't care, there is more important things to life.

I feel stupid it took me so long to reflect on the business obsessed home life of these two, James and Jill Berg, pic above, and recognize why they would fund my exwifes divorce attorney to legally harrass me for years. Here is the only example needed, my ex, and the control freak Jill Berg, have both repeatedly requested 50/50 custody of the kids. We have had a court ordered physiatric evaluation performed that states things should remain the same in the best interest in the kids. Yet, she is continually shoving money into court order requests for full custody.
