The EMC Shop's goal when selling used and refurbished EMC test equipment is to get customers a suitable tool at a reasonable rate to perform precompliance testing with meaningful results.
The EMC Shop gurantees functionality of test equipment upon receipt and for the first 100 days. Extended warranties can be added for an additional charge. Warranties do not cover misuse. We understand accidents happen, include your order details in the RMA for repair and The EMC Shop will do it's best to get the equipment in working order as efficiently as possible.
New equipment is typically warrantied for 2 years. Some equipment 1 or 3 years and will be specified on the product page.

Rental situations vary depending the urgency and nature of the test. Typically, The EMC Shop will overnight replacement equipment once an applications engineer has reviewed the issues a customer is having.
