Overview
A tuned Half-Wave Dipole Antenna is considered as a reference for the measurement of field strength and for the generation of defined VHF electromagnetic fields (up to 10 watts erp).
Instead of using 2 sets of telescopic elements, biconical elements like BBA 9106 or BBAL 9136 or collapsible biconical elements like FBAL 9178 or FBAB 9177 may be inserted. Thanks to the conical elements (order seperately) the 1:1 Balun / Holder can be used as broadband antenna without a frequency dependent extension length adjustment
