The program ESD-SOFT makes it possible to connect the ESD generators via a serial Interface for use remotely. All parameters, which can also be operated directly at the ESD generator, can be set via the software interface. Define ramp functions and device-specific test sequences. With the help of Sequence control can be strung together several individual programs and thus complex test procedures to be created.
