Overview

The Langer EMV ICI E450 L-EFT set includes an E-field source which emits E-field pulses. This allows very accurate and high resolution IC analysis (fault injection) to be performed, such as for testing safety-critical circuits. Special features are the high-resolution peaks (for testing extremely small areas) and a very low trigger-to-pulse jitter (to specifically disturb the program flow).

The ICI E450 L-EFT pulse electric field source couples fast transient pulses into a test IC (open die). This allows for fault injection attacks or testing the immunity of individual areas of the IC.
BPS 202 Burst Power Station

Burst Power Station
The BPS 202 is used as power supply and control unit for the Langer EMV-Technik GmbH pulse probes. The control unit is connected to the user PC via an USB interface. BPS 202-Client software does the controlling.

With the BPS 202 input “sync” interference pulses of the connected probes can be synchronized on the functional process of an IC.
