    Heavy but Good

The Onyx is kinda heavy compared to other guns. Its got some good upsides, the modules for automotive testing are easy to swap out, the battery and tips cant be broken easily like the NSG 435's can and it has a modern feeling touchscreen with the different IEC levels programmed in. I've noticed the 30kV style Onyx can have some issues with radiated emissions. Doing contact testing at 30kV can sometimes cause other devices nearby to react to the corona given off from the pulse. Just make sure your stuff is properly shielded if you're gonna test at 30k.
