Overview
The National Instruments PXIe-1071 is a compact PXI Express chassis designed for a wide range of test and measurement applications. It features a high-bandwidth backplane and a space-saving form factor, making it ideal for benchtop setups, portable systems, and environments where space is limited. The PXIe-1071 supports both PXI Express and hybrid-compatible modules, allowing flexible system configuration in each slot.
EMC Shop customers commonly use the PXIe-1071 as a scalable platform for building modular test systems. Instead of relying on standalone instruments, engineers integrate multiple PXI modules such as data acquisition, RF interfaces, and control modules into a single, synchronized system.
In EMC testing environments, this chassis enables efficient system organization and automation. Users can perform multi-channel measurements, streamline data collection, and reduce setup complexity by consolidating equipment into one platform.
The PXIe-1071 is especially useful for engineers who need flexibility in evolving test setups. Modules can be easily added or swapped depending on the application, whether for signal monitoring, validation, or troubleshooting electromagnetic interference.
At The EMC Shop, this chassis is frequently selected for lab and benchtop applications where reliability, flexibility, and compact design are essential. It provides a practical foundation for both simple measurement setups and advanced multi-module test systems.
