Overview
The active, handheld magnetic field probe HFSH 7102 was designed to locate sources of disturbance on printed circuit boards and in electric installations e.g. in electric control cabinets. It is further suitable for general purpose magnetic field measurements as required by railway standards and others. Because of its small dimensions the probe is able to localize disturbance sources very accurate. Maximum indication is given if the magnetic field lines are orthogonal to the front cap of the probe (see picture). The small dimensions are also helpful in all applications with limited space. The field probe is energized via a AC/DC separator EW 1710 from an AC/DC adapter ACDC 7110.
