Overview
The SY9223-120 is a balun including a resistive adaption part. It transforms an asymmetrical 50 ? signal (N-connector) into a symmetrical 120 ? environment (screw terminals).
This balun can be used for transmission measurements according to IEC 61643-21. It is capable to handle a frequency range that is significantly larger than the standard requires.
The excellent frequency response (typically < ±0.25 dB per balun) and the very good standing wave ratio of < 1.2 may be emphasized.
To measure the transmission two SY 9223-120 have to be used.
Please note: The balun is not galvanically isolated!
