Brief Overview
- Everything on the website is up to date to the best of our ability in regards to pricing and availability but is not guaranteed.
- Equipment returns are accepted on a case by case basis
- Most new equipment come with a 1 Year warranty
- Most used equipment comes with a 100 Day warranty and fresh NIST calibration
- Shipping cost is responsibility of the customer
- Rentals begin when shipped and end when returned.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
New online ordering available by The EMC Shop allows for Visa, Master Card and American Express Credit Card orders. Online merchant services are provided by Paypal.

Taxes
All orders shipped or billed to California and Colorado are subject to tax.
International customers are responsible for import taxes and duties.
Use & Safety
All equipment is supplied with a users manual detailing safe use of the equipment. The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
UPS is the preferred shipping carrier for shipments in the United Stated and Canada. USPS is the preferred carrier for most international shipments. FedEx and DHL are available upon request.
Refund/Return Policy
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed or a purchase order processed, a cancelled order is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
