A DIFFERENT PLACE TO WORK
We are always interested in considering people with unique experience and knowledge in our field. We are a small company and there are no canned positions here. You may come to us as a lab assistant and move to marketing, come in as an accounting intern and end up working in the lab, after a stint in sales. You may be the founder and funny web guy who ends up as the janitor.
Most job roles will be catered to your strengths while achieving results we want to see make a noticeable impact. The job positions posted are likely new and would have little training or processes available. This is something that makes about half the people in the world uncomfortable. We want the ones who love the idea of building their path and collaborating with the established staff to make a difference.
