Overview

The Maturo TT Series Turntables are flush-mounted positioning systems designed for use in semi-anechoic EMC chambers. They provide stable and precise rotation of equipment under test (EUT), supporting accurate antenna pattern measurements and EMC testing.

Each model features a stainless steel top plate, high load capacity, and adjustable rotation speeds. Integrated servo motor drives ensure smooth and repeatable positioning, while LAN-based control allows seamless integration into automated EMC test systems.

Model Diameter Load Capacity Height Speed Weight
TT 8.0-10t 8.0 m 10,000 kg 1000 mm 0.1 – 1.0 rpm ~15,000 kg
TT 6.0-10t 6.0 m 10,000 kg 800 mm 0.1 – 1.5 rpm ~9,000 kg
TT 5.0-5t 5.0 m 5,000 kg 600 mm 0.1 – 1.5 rpm ~5,500 kg
TT 4.0-4t 4.0 m 4,000 kg 500 mm 0.1 – 1.5 rpm ~3,500 kg
TT 3.0-3t 3.0 m 3,000 kg 400 mm 0.1 – 2.0 rpm ~1,500 kg

The EMC Shop customers use the Maturo TT Series Turntables for antenna pattern measurements, EMC compliance testing, and automated test setups inside semi-anechoic chambers. The turntable is typically installed flush with the chamber floor and used to rotate the equipment under test (EUT) during measurements. It is commonly integrated with antenna masts and measurement systems to capture radiation patterns and evaluate device performance across different orientations.
