Overview

The NH Research NHR 4600 Series Programmable AC Electronic Load is a high-performance, 3-phase load bank designed for precise testing of AC power sources, inverters, UPS systems, and power electronics. Engineered for both linear and non-linear loading conditions, it provides flexible load simulation with advanced control over power factor, crest factor, and waveform behavior.

The system supports multiple emulation modes including constant current, constant voltage, constant power, and complex non-linear loading. With high-accuracy internal measurements of voltage, current, power, and frequency, the NHR 4600 eliminates the need for additional external instrumentation, delivering a more compact and efficient test setup.

Its programmable architecture allows users to create custom waveforms and execute up to 100-step load sequences, enabling realistic simulation of dynamic operating conditions. Integrated PC-based control software provides full visibility and control, including real-time waveform display and test automation capabilities.
