Overview
The EMC Partner MIL3-1275F Plug-In Module is designed for conducted immunity testing in accordance with MIL-STD-1275F, enabling accurate simulation of injected voltage spike conditions in military vehicle electrical systems. It supports compliance with Section 5.3.3.1.1 and includes an integrated, bypassable LISN with 8 µF capacitance across the power lines.
This module provides controlled and repeatable test conditions for evaluating the performance and resilience of electronic equipment under harsh power disturbances. It integrates seamlessly with compatible EMC test platforms for efficient and reliable operation.
The EMC Shop customers use the MIL3-1275F plug-in module to perform conducted immunity testing on military and defense electronics in compliance with MIL-STD-1275F.
In a typical setup, the module is installed into a compatible mainframe system and connected between the power source and the device under test (EUT). It injects voltage spikes and simulates real-world power disturbances found in military vehicle power systems.
Engineers rely on this module to validate system durability, identify susceptibility to power disturbances, and ensure compliance with military standards. It is commonly used in defense testing labs for qualification, troubleshooting, and certification of mission-critical systems.
