Overview
The 3ctest EMID 150K Electromagnetic Interference Decoupling Clamp is designed to decouple RF signals at the auxiliary equipment (AE) port during conducted immunity testing. It complies with IEC 61000-4-6 and GB/T 17626.6 standards, ensuring proper isolation of auxiliary equipment from RF disturbances.
The clamp effectively attenuates signals from 150 kHz to 230 MHz, allowing accurate and stable EMC test results. Its clamp-on design enables quick installation directly onto the cable, providing both electrical decoupling and physical isolation in test setups.
The EMC Shop customers use the EMID 150K decoupling clamp during conducted immunity testing to isolate auxiliary equipment from RF disturbances. In a typical IEC 61000-4-6 setup, the clamp is installed on cables connected to auxiliary devices to prevent RF energy from affecting their operation.
By attenuating unwanted RF signals, the clamp ensures that only the device under test (DUT) is exposed to controlled disturbances. This helps engineers achieve accurate, repeatable test results and maintain compliance with EMC standards.
