Almost eight years ago when we played with the 3ctest load dump for the first time. The video was to show North American users the interface, all this time and I just noticed the Ford waveform is preprogrammed in addition to ISO 16750-2, ISO 7637-2 and GB 28045. We've probably sold 30-40 of these into the North American market as 3ctest's distributor. We also have a few on hand for rent... Do I have used a 3ctest battery simulator with the AWG 100?
Nope, any DC power supply will work, even an actual car battery can be hooked up with the appropriate leads.
Is the manual and software in English?
3ctests energy has been on the software GUI and is impressive. The EMC Shop tries to keep up to support English translations of the manuals but it's possible you will run into some broken English.
